OK, I brought my dyno sheet with smoothing off to a few tuners. They seem to think that my car was "slipping" on the dyno. For those that didn't see my post, I ended up dynoing at 441RWHP at 4400rpm and like 468ft lbs of torque. I thought it should have been higher. 2 things I have determined since saturday, my compression seems to be lower then expected, 145 in all cyls according to my old crappy gauge. I still need to do a leakdown to check and make sure the rings are nice and seated. I have been looking over lots and lots of others dyno results. A few seem to have pulled 475hp on stock turbos at 19psi with gutted precats and cats. I was running 25psi on full exhaust/testpipes/downpipes on HKS 2530's. My tires were bald as hell but the dyno guys said it wouldn't matter. If you look at my dyno sheet without smoothing it looks like a sine wave...... Anyway, what I'm getting at is, with what I have I thought I should have run 500 at least. Do you guys think that tire slippage would cost 60hp? Also, I may be stupid but how do engines with stock turbos at lower PSI pull off so much HP whereas mine with larger turbos and higher PSI, well you get the picture.Sorry for rambling, I'm just looking for thoughts and opinions here. I plan on ordering my SX regulator, S-AFC, and a couple other things tomorrow so I can play around with a/f ratios and add some psi which I felt I needed..... I'm just a little dissapointed and am trying to find a starting point for diagnosis... Thanks all, mucho thankso.
